Simon has extensive knowledge within the Engineering and Manufacturing industries with a career spanning over 30 years within the UK and Australia.

His career commenced as an apprentice in the north of England, working for a large manufacturing company where he studied Mechanical Maintenance Engineering, successfully completing his apprenticeship and gaining further recognition adding BETEC and CoG qualifications to his portfolio.

In early 2000 Simon relocated to Queensland Australia, where he continued to develop his career within the Fabrication Industry.  Over this period Simon has gained substantial experience through a variety of positions including Tradesman, Draftsman, Project Manager and Business Manager, culminating in Business Ownership & Directorship.

Simon’s qualifications include a Certificate III in both Mechanical Maintenance Engineering & Heavy Fabrication, along with a Certificate IV in AutoCAD and a Diploma of Project Management.

Christopher has over 17 years experience within the Fabrication and Construction Industries where he has held numerous positions including Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Estimator, and Business Operations Manager.

Christopher has extensive knowledge and proficiency within the fields of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Scheduling, Project Estimating, Project Costing and Sales.

Christopher’s experience is complimented by the extensive studies and qualifications that he has gained throughout the course of his career. These qualifications include a Cert IV in Management, Cert IV in AutoCAD, Cert II Fire Protection Inspection & Testing and 5S & Lean Manufacturing accreditation.

Christopher is an energetic motivated professional who is both passionate and committed to his projects and clientele.

With over a decade of hands on experience in heavy metal fabrication and a Certificate III in Heavy Metal Fabrication, Kristian serves as Project Lead at Complete Metal Fabrications.

Working in close partnership with the Design & Estimation Lead, he drives projects to successful completion, on time and on budget through proactive client liaison and stakeholder coordination.

His key responsibilities include client engagement and communication, purchasing and procurement, project scheduling, drafting and technical documentation.

Craig McKay serves as Production Manager for Complete Metal Fabrications, where he oversees the manufacturing and installation across all projects. With a career spanning 40 years in the fabrication and construction industry, Craig brings unparalleled experience to every project.

Craig has successfully managed and delivered a wide range of multi-million dollar developments ranging from large-scale industrial builds, commercial fit-outs, residential developments, to critical infrastructure projects.

With an exceptional eye for detail, Craig is committed to delivering projects to the highest standard, ensuring excellence from the planning stage through to completion.

Rob’s extensive career as an Architectural Technician has equipped him with a wealth of experience in the construction industry, making his knowledge an invaluable asset to our organization.

He provides guidance to our estimating and production teams, supporting them from the initial pricing stage through to design and fabrication. His contributions are vital in ensuring our processes are well-informed and efficient.
