Kristian Irwin – Project Lead

With over a decade of hands-on experience in heavy metal fabrication and a Certificate III in Engineering, Kristian leads projects from conception through to completion at Complete Metal Fabrications.

He works closely with our Design & Estimation Lead to ensure every project is accurately scoped, efficiently coordinated, delivered on time and within budget. Kristian’s role spans client engagement, purchasing and procurement, project scheduling, drafting, and the preparation of technical documentation.

His practical background, combined with strong communication and organizational skills, ensures a seamless experience for clients and stakeholders alike.
